Hospitalist Service
Upon admission for inpatient hospital care, your primary care provider may choose to admit you to the Hospitalist Program at River Park. This program allows you to be cared for by an Internal Medicine Specialist physician who focuses solely on inpatient hospital care. During your stay, they will oversee your care and communicate regularly with your primary care provider. When you are discharged you will return to your primary care provider for your ongoing healthcare needs.
River Park Hospitalists are available to inpatients 24 hours a day. Their practice is solely focused on the care of hospitalized patients. They are dedicated to providing quality care and continuity when you return to your office based primary care provider after discharge.
